Q. When will my order ship?
A. If the items that you ordered are in stock, your order will ship within 3 business days. Adding
transit time, you should receive your order in 7 - 10 business days if you are in the U.S. Please note that book orders and charts ship separately. You will receive
your book order first (within 10 - 15 business days). Charts typically arrive 4 - 6 weeks after the order is
received. All orders ship from Virginia Beach, Va.

Q. How will my order ship?
A. U.S. Shipments:
Orders containing books and DVDs are shipped media mail via the U.S. Postal Service.
Other merchandise may ship via the U.S. Postal Service or UPS, depending on what best serves that particular order.
International shipments Beginning March 23, 2020, we are no longer able to ship merchandise outside of the United States.
