Q. When will my order ship?
A. If the items that you ordered are in stock, your order will ship within 3 business days. Adding
transit time, you should receive your order in 7 - 10 business days if you are in the U.S. (see below
for International Shipping). Please note that book orders and charts ship separately. You will receive
your book order first (within 7 - 10 business days). Charts typically arrive 3 - 4 weeks after the order is
received. All orders ship from Virginia Beach, Va. International shipping takes approximately 3-6 weeks
based on your location.
Q. How will my order ship?
A. U.S. Shipments:
Orders containing books or other merchandise ship via the U.S. Postal Service or UPS, depending on what best serves that particular order and ship-to location. Our shipping methods vary depending on the weight of the package or the location. Orders going to Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, or American Samoa must ship via U.S. Mail. Also, UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box, so orders using a P.O. Box will always be delivered via U.S. Mail.
International shipments can take several weeks to arrive. Please contact us for express shipping options.
Q. Is my credit card charged when I enter my order?
A. Yes and no. Your credit card will be “validated” and your order amount will be “reserved” by your credit card
company, but it will not actually be “charged” until we confirm your order as “shipped.” If items are out of stock,
you will not be charged for them until they ship. There are no additional shipping charges for back orders when they
do come in and are shipped.
Q. How do I know if something is on back order?
A. Most of our merchandise is always in stock, but there are times when items will be on back order. You should be
notified on your invoice at the time of check out.
Q. What is your return policy, and do you provide return labels?
A. A.R.E. Catalog offers a 100% guarantee on all items for 90 days from the time of purchase. You may return an
item for credit, exchange, or refund if it is in re-saleable condition. We do not include return labels in our orders. For your convenience, the invoice
that will accompany your order has a form to include with your request for return or exchange of merchandise. We do not refund shipping charges unless the item(s) was damaged in shipment. Return
items prepaid to: A.R.E. Catalog Return, 215 67th St., Virginia Beach, VA 23451-2061.
Q. Do I have to pay by credit card?
A. To order online, you will need a VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card. However, we will gladly
take your order by mail or by telephone. If you'd like to order by mail, send your order, along with a check or money
order (in U.S. funds), made payable to A.R.E. Catalog to: A.R.E. Catalog Order, 215 67th St., Virginia Beach, VA
23451-2061. If you prefer ordering by telephone, please call 757-428-3588 or toll-free within the U.S. at
