Please let us know the name as you would like it to appear on your certificate. Be sure to verify this information at registration check-in. Credentials cannot be included on your certificate which is the standard for certificates and diplomas. Requests for changes to certificate or replacements after they are issued will be charged a $30 fee and may be signed by A.R.E.'s CEO if the instructor is not available.

The following policy applies to short non-credit programs:
Cancellation prior to the first day will be reimbursed the amount paid minus a $50.00 administrative fee.
Withdraws before the end of the first week will receive a refund of 75% of the amount paid minus a $50.00 administrative fee.
Withdraws before the end of the second week will receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid minus a $50.00 administrative fee.
No refunds for withdrawals after the end of the second week.
